Terms and Conditions for Stay and Vehicle Booking

General Terms

1. Acceptance: By booking with ExploreMyBumla, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. Age Restriction: Minimum age for booking is 18 years.
3. Information Accuracy: Provide accurate information for booking.

Stay Booking Terms

1. Check-in/Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon) unless specified.
2. Room Allocation: Subject to availability.
3. Cancellation Policy:
    - 30% cancellation fee (up to 15 days prior to check-in).
    - 50% cancellation fee (up to 7 days prior to check-in).
    - No refund (less than 7 days prior to check-in).
4. Payment: Full payment required at the time of booking.

Vehicle Booking Terms

1. Vehicle Allocation: Subject to availability.
2. Driver Information: Provide accurate driver information.
3. Cancellation Policy:
    - 20% cancellation fee (up to 7 days prior to pickup).
    - 50% cancellation fee (up to 3 days prior to pickup).
    - No refund (less than 3 days prior to pickup).
4. Payment: Full payment required at the time of booking.

Payment Terms

1. Payment Methods: Online payment gateways, bank transfers, or cheques.
2. Refund Policy: Refunds processed within 7-10 working days.
3. Cancellation Fees: As specified in Stay and Vehicle Booking Terms.

Liability

1. ExploreMyBumla is not liable for damages or losses arising from booking.
2. ExploreMyBumla is not responsible for third-party services.

Governing Law

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian law.
2. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration.

Amendments

1. ExploreMyBumla reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy Details
